Refunds and Credits

Please do not return any item without Return Merchandise Authorization

DoorHub offers refunds as well as replacements depending upon customer choice. DoorHub does not refund shipping fees. A restock fee may apply to returned orders per DoorHub's return policy. Please contact the Returns Department by sending an email to support@doorhub.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, return ship-to address and restocking fee.

Please do not return any item without Return Merchandise Authorization number as such returns are not honored and accepted.

Funds will be credited back to customers' credit cards in 7-10 business days after the receipt, inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

Return Process

The return process is simple. Send an email to support@doorhub.com informing DoorHub of the reason for returning the item(s) together with the original order number. Include name, daytime telephone number and email address. DoorHub will send an email authorizing the return including an RMA number for the item(s). All products must be unopened, in original unmarked packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that were shipped with the product. DoorHub may request pictures of the items to be returned prior to issuing an RMA number. Pack the item(s) carefully and write the RMA Number clearly on the package, and then send the item(s) back to DoorHub via the address indicated in the RMA email.

Customer satisfaction is one of DoorHub's foremost goals, which is why it only offers high quality products that have a high level of performance. If the products are not up to standards, are defective or arrive damaged, DoorHub will gladly replace them or reimburse the cost of the product less the shipping fees.
