Order Verification / Order Acceptance Policy

After an order is placed at DoorHub, it is checked and assessed for fraud risk. Risk sales are flagged and held pending engagement by a DoorHub TSR to validate the order information. If the order information cannot be validated, DoorHub will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

The receipt of an order confirmation, whether electronic or through another form, does not automatically indicate the acceptance of an order, neither does it confirm an offer to sell. DoorHub reserves the right after the receipt of an order, to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity ordered for any item.

Multiple Product Orders

For orders placed for multiple products, DoorHub will attempt to deliver the entire order in a single shipment. However, if any product becomes unavailable at the time of shipping, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available unless the order is cancelled by the customer. In that instance the customer will only be charged for the delivered items and associated shipping charge(s). The entire shipping charge may be applied to the first product or products that are shipped on a multiple shipment order.

The use of the content of this website can only be used to shop or purchase products that are being sold on this site. Do not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, or transmit any materials from this website without written consent from DoorHub. The company likewise reserves all other rights that are not expressly granted herein. Unauthorized use of any or all materials that appear on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and may likewise be subject to criminal or civil penalties.

Credit Cards

Products may be purchased on DoorHub website using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. It is important that an exact billing address and telephone number is entered, just as it appears on file with the credit card company. Discrepancies and incorrect information will cause unwanted delays in the processing purchases. DoorHub’s real-time ordering system feature authorizes the card at the time of sale and the settlement usually takes 24 hours.

Clicking on the “I agree to DoorHub Terms and Conditions” button means that the customer accepts the liability to pay all the charges incurred during the state of payment default and/or the collection proceedings to recover money as per Section # 409 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act. These expenses stated herein is not limited to actual incurred expenses and/or the expenses for attorney’s fees, court fees, and other expenses associated with or may result from default.

Typographical Errors

In case that the price of a particular product is listed incorrectly due to erroneous pricing information provided by DoorHub’s suppliers or due to typographical error, DoorHub reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed for any products that are listed with an incorrect price. This right shall also be reserved regardless of whether an order has been confirmed or otherwise, and if your credit card has already been charged. If a credit card has already been charged and the order was canceled due to the incorrect pricing, DoorHub shall immediately issue a credit to the credit card account for the amount charged against the order.

Pricing

While DoorHub strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. DoorHub cannot confirm the price of any item until after a processed order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, DoorHub shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to either contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify the customer of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Product Descriptions

DoorHub attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, DoorHub does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product purchased from DoorHub is not as described, the only remedy is to return it in unused condition. DoorHub has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and finishes of all products. However, as the actual colors displayed will depend on the hardware, DoorHub cannot guarantee that the display of a customer’s monitor will display an accurate color or finish of a product.

Quotes

Prices stated are valid through the expiration date but are subject to change without notice in the event of alteration to specifications, quantity or delivery schedules. Pricing is also subject to change due to changes in cost of material, supplies, labor, clerical error, foreign or domestic legislation.

Free Shipping

DoorHub offers Free Shipping for orders worth $350 dollars and above. This offer excludes free shipping to non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all offshore U.S. territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands or foreign contracts, and for orders of goods that require special freight handling and treatment. Products that require special freight handling and treatment refers to goods that have atypical volume, weight, and are more than 70-inches in length, or are extremely fragile or sensitive like glass products.

Free shipping only applies to purchases of products from a particular brand or manufacturer and not for a combination of two or more brands or manufacturers or if shipment must be split on customer request. This is because DoorHub may ship orders from different manufacturers or suppliers from two or more locations which result in separate shipping charges. If a customer is unsure whether an order qualifies for Free Shipping or not, please contact a DoorHub TSR at support@doorhub.com prior to placing an order. Orders that are not covered by DoorHub’s free Shipping policy will be subject to standard delivery rates as indicated on the price list.

Dealer Sales / Quantity Limits

DoorHub reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same payment account and/or to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address or same email address. DoorHub will provide notification to the customer provided e-mail address and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied to an order. Other Conditions

These Terms and Conditions supersede any terms and/or conditions included on a customer’s purchase order, regardless of whether DoorHub executes the purchase order. DoorHub reserves the right to make changes to this site, including these Policies, Terms and Conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

DoorHub usually ships products within 24 hours after an order is placed by a customer. However, there may be instances when an ordered product is out-of-stock, which will cause delays in the completion of your order. DoorHub will inform customers on the availability of ordered products, if they are out-of-stock or are unavailable to ship immediately at the time you made the purchase.

Privacy on Other Web Sites

Other websites that can be accessed via www.doorhub.com have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. DoorHub is not responsible for the actions of the websites that can be accessed through its site.
