After an order is placed at DoorHub, it is checked and assessed for fraud risk. Risk sales are flagged and held pending engagement by a DoorHub TSR to validate the order information. If the order information cannot be validated, DoorHub will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.
The receipt of an order confirmation, whether electronic or through another form, does not automatically indicate the acceptance of an order, neither does it confirm an offer to sell. For orders placed for multiple products, DoorHub will attempt to deliver the entire order in a single shipment.
