Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided that the item(s) are in stock. Orders that are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, will be processed on Monday or the following business day.

Once the item(s) ordered leave their respective manufacturing facilities, the shipping time will depend largely on the freight company and DoorHub will have little control over it. DoorHub therefore, cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered. Please regard the shipping packages and transit times offered by DoorHub or by other parties only as an estimate. It will be a good idea to track orders properly by considering the date when the order was placed and to consider upcoming holidays to avoid delays.

Shipping rates for standard shipping or expedite shipping request for orders that are to be delivered to addresses outside the continental United States, to unincorporated territories of the US, or for item(s) that include lockers, glass products, item(s) more than 70 inches in length, or are very heavy, shall be calculated upon the receipt of such orders.

As mentioned earlier in the Free Shipping Policy, orders that have several items from two or more brands or manufacturers will be shipped from different facilities according to the locations of the respective manufacturers of the products. The shipping cost for such orders, therefore, will have different charges and will be factored to arrive at the total cost of the item(s).

Shipping Backorders

Sporadically, DoorHub must backorder or source inventory from multiple warehouses. This means that different parts of an order can originate from various locations around the country. If an order has multiple item/s, will attempt to send available items together. If only some of the items in an order are available at a single location, DoorHub reserves the right to ship multiple packages from multiple warehouses.

If an order is broken into multiple shipments, customers will not incur additional freight charges. In the unlikely occurrence DoorHub is unable to ship a complete order, it reserves the right to ship in-stock items and backorder the items that are unable to ship. Customers will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date for backordered items and will not be charged additional freight.
